new FIRM kits

I just noticed 4 new FIRM kits - stability ball, pilates band, resistance cord and sculpting ball- offered in the collage video catalog. I am particularly interested in the resistance cords because they would be good to take along when I travel. Does anyone have any experience or info on any of these kits. Collage is charging 14.95 for the kit which is the piece of equipment and a 30 minute DVD. Thanks

There used to be a few FIRMIES on this Bd. I've dropped off the Bds., but not off the FIRM. Are you FIRMIES still out there?

Hi Sueg,

I have the new ones without the equipment. I haven't tried them yet, its a busy time of year for me and I've been mostly working out at work. The two I have look good. One is dancing with Allie and one is a 4 limb tape with Allison. I'm looking forward to trying them. I would also like to get some of the others.

Hi! I've seen the new kits too! I have over 30 FIRM workouts and I absolutely love them! Nothing gets me in shape more than combining the FIRM and running. I haven't spent a ton of time looking at the new kits, but I really like most of the stuff Allie leads, so I'd recommend her. I'm more of a fan of the older firm videos, but some of the newer stuff has been great. Did you know you could go to www.collagevideo.com and check out the clips of the new videos? There's a link on the right hand side of the homepage. I think the resistance bands would be great for traveling!
