Almost all reports have been of near empty buses. No one has ever had to wait unless they were too late for the scheduled bus.

Yes, it is 7 straight days, used or unused. It's not like tickets. So with a 10 day trip you will either time the purchase so you can use 7 days straight or buy it again

The fireworks are 14 minutes long, give or take a few with potential delays(like wind). That would only give you about six minutes to get through the crowds through the hub and up Sunset.

Make that 1 min. You have to be there to check in about 5 min before. These buses do not wait past their scheduled departure time. They leave on time, exactly. So you have to make it back there in time to check in

Is that 5-min real? Do they turn away people standing there 2min before the bus leaves? Don't you just swipe a magic band and walk on?

Meh, I'll try it either way. If I don't make it, I don't make it. Has anyone done/tried this?

Yes, that 5 minutes is real. They walk you backstage to load the busses at 5 minutes before departure and you leave at exactly the departure time. If the CM has already walked people back to the bus and you show up, you wait for the next bus. My mom and I just missed the bus to Epcot from AK because they had just walked people back. I knew that was the case, so it wasn't a big deal because we needed to buy the service and wanted a drink/bathroom break before getting on the bus. But the CM apologized for it up front, but stated to be back 5 minutes before departure time to ensure loading.

Yes. There's always one last Express bus that runs after closing.

i'd disagree. The 5 minute time is real, but due to the set up of each of the stops, sometimes you can show up a minute or two early and be fine. It just depends on which park you're in, and the CMs, and a whole variety of things. The 5 minute warning is all over the thread--don't update the schedule. The buses don't leave at those times, and I'd hate for people to get confused.

I interpreted that to mean, you gather near Buzz, and then 5-min before departure the CM marches you to the backstage location. So one stop.

Correct. The bus can't depart from the inpark check in point so you check in where they indicate and then when it's time for the bus to leave they take you back stage to the departure point.
