They're being rolled out now-I know DHS and Epcot have them-not sure about DAK or MK yet.
If you're in need of one they are really nice-more heavy duty than the old ones and you don't have to flip a swith for forward/reverse-just pull one side of the lever for forward and the other side for reverse.
