New DVC Website

I must admit I am rather disappointed with DVC. When you log onto the web site it proudly displays information of the new design web site. It fully details the posting of seperate letters giving each member a user name and password word- by the end of April.

According to US posting the site will be up and running the 4th May. It seems UK non US members seem to get second class service with posting always arriving after the US members.

The way it's going I can see the new site being up and running and UK members not being able to access the information

It's certainly true in this case and could be very annoying if we start reading about the wonders (or not) of the new look website and can't see it for ourselves.

But I have often read threads on the US board wondering when the latest copy of Vacation Magic is going to arrive, and I've already finished reading mine.

Just had a look on the website - I'm probably not going to the right place, but I can't see anything that tells me about the new design.

If you are a DVC member then log in via the member log in and you will be presented with a pop up window giving you details and the suppoed, not arrived, mailing and the start up of the new site

Thanks for the info. It's really strange - I got the pop up window this time, but I've NEVER seen it before!!

The new web site is up and running today 4th May. I received my user names this morning but no PIN so unable to access the new web site.

Very poor planning by DVC in my opinion. It's the only time in 4yrs as member that I have had reason to complain about poor planning and service from DVC
