It keeps track of our contracts, points usage, reservations, banking & borrowing.

Some people use a spread sheet.

Caskbill's program works well and it's the best that I have found.

Though it just gives you a straightforward dump of the accounting of your contracts, I've found the member website is just fine - and doesn't require any additional work for the member.

That assumes that we should trust the Member web site!

Seriously, Caskbill's DVC Tracker program has lots of other features as well and is very intuitive with clear displays and reports.

I was using a very crude Excel spreadsheet to keep up with mine so far. Downloaded these to my flash drive. Can't wait to get home and test them out.

I downloaded the new version to my desktop computer. I registered my laptop as a secondary computer. How do I get the files from the desktop to the laptop? Bearing in mind that I am completely computer illiterate, please keep it simple!

The easiest is to use a flashcard and copy the database file from one computer to the other. I've sent you an e-mail with some basic directions and can help more if needed.

Finally got to put the programs to work last night and put them to initial use. Can't wait to discover all the things I can do with them.
