New DVC Satisfaction Survey

Hi All,

I don't know if this is new, or just new to me.
I called to make a reservation this morning and was asked to participate in a survey after completion.
The survey asked the usual; promptness, courtesy, were my needs met, etc.
But, the last prompt asked if I wanted to have a manager call to discuss any concerns or problems. I've never had this option.
Anyone have experience with having a manager call?

I made my reservation for OKW a few weeks ago and got the phone survey, but no option for a manager call. Did you request the call?

No, I had no issues. I have 3-50 pt. add on contracts with 2006 banked points
that have to be used before the 2007. The CM handled it perfectly.
Thanks to whoever told us how to see our vacation details. (Go into dues and then back to vacation details).

Anyone else need to have a manager call?
