I’ve been walking by the DVC booths for years thinking maybe someday I could. But, not now. I spent many years in school and training and recently finished.
My parents purchased DVC in 1999 and it has provided some of our families most cherished memories. More than a dinner spot or a park — it was always just about being together. My siblings and I have gotten older but still enjoy being together as much as we did those many early years with DVC.
Recently on a trip I walked by that same booth, the one I walked by for many years and stopped. I had pre- researched the financials and knew the inner workings and benefits of the program. We all have our own timelines and reasons when and how to buy. And I bought in at VGF. Everyone loves their home resort for intricate and personal reasons but it’s where I always felt safe and felt a sense of home.
I’ve had so many fun the past few months reading these posts and watching DVC fan episodes.
