New DVC Owner Package?

I am in the process of buying a DVC resale. What do you receive when you close?

You get the deed pages back that you signed, stamped by the county recorder. That's about it. your membership cards will be along soon if you haven't already recieved them by then.

Technically, your seller is responsible for providing you with all of that information, especially since you are responsible for adhering to the contractual rules and responsibilities. Those are not posted online.

i got the new member handbook and vacation planner (pic below from "the box has arrived" thread) in addition to the deed and cards.
