That doesn't seem like it should be that incredibly hard to get after the excitement "dies down" at 7 mos for non BLT home resort members. I would imagine that the initial year or 2 will be quite tight!

Tree House Villas sound fun too! BOTH LOOK AWESOME!

300 BLT gives you a fair shot, right?

And to think when I mentioned the word BLT to my guide when we first started looking into DVC as recent as July 20th or so she played SO DUMB!
What is BLT she replied..I've heard nothing she said!
Oh, the wonderful world of sales.!

Your guide was doing her job and trying not to violate Florida law????

I fail to understand why folks think thier guides should risk losing thier jobs by telling us things that they have been told NOT to tell and/or telling us things they only "partially" know. Would you rather get bad office gossip presented as fact?

good article one mistake it said coming up it will be the first time in dvc history that they had 4 resorts to sell at one time. when i bought in 2000 i had the choice of bwv,okw,hh,and vb . vb and hh they had extra off. i believe it was 750 dollars. than they had okw which they were trying to push also. i went with bwv should of chose okw for the cheaper maint fees. nothing wrong with bwv i just like to try out all the differnt resorts.
