We just got back from a 9-day trip to WDW with some friends of ours who are DVC members. We stayed at BCV (their home resort). That was the first time we had stayed at a DVC. We talked about how much we liked it all week, and DH & I decided we would look into doing DVC "next spring".
Well, you guessed it! We've been back from vacation a little less than a week, and after talking to Member Services yesterday, we are new DVC members at SSR! DH called today, and we are "going home" for the first time in September--for my birthday! (We already had that trip booked--we just changed the resort!
).
I have been reading some of the threads on this board, and they have been very helpful! Just wanted to share our happiness with people who would understand!
