New DVC members....Anyone have magic band sliders?

My husband and I are new DVC members. We've seen so many people with the DVC sliders on their magic bands. We are in Disney right now and have asked several resorts and DVC stations and no one has them. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I may find two? Thanks in advance for your help!!

I lost mine last month at BWV, I suspect when I took my magic band off my wrist to scan it at the parking gate. Luckily when I got home, I still had another one on an old band. I asked at the BWV front desk, the didn't have any.

They are extremely hard to find now. Like you, I too asked everywhere this past trip in October. And no resort had them. I came on here shortly after I came home, and luckily a Diser was so kind and was giving out several of them, however she soon ran out of them. Maybe if you keep checking here, there might be more. But they just don't make them anymore, so its a matter of good luck and timing.

I just got some on Ebay, they were $8 each.. not too bad!

Two trips ago we commented on this at our Front Desk (WL). Comment? "Wish we had gotten new sliders....."
The sliders were produced within 28 seconds . We LOVE our Home Resort .
