New DVC for DL?

WDW has 19 hotels and lots of room to expand. DLR has 3 hotels and very little wiggle room. There is no such thing as cheap real estate in Anaheim.

That's why they build up (several floors) rather than spread out like WDW.

I went on the waitlist for VGC points about a year ago. My rep said he'd just been able to fill a request for another member at VGC. They'd been waiting on the list for 5 or 6 years.

I think I'd still rather have VGC than a new property that would be on the far side of Downtown Disney, but this would help so much. A lot of people would buy up the new hotel & competition for VGC wouldn't be as bad.

I doubt it'd be enough volume to actually alter completion and wouldn't affect it inside the home resort window at all.
