New Drink Menu

I heard something about Disney having a new resort-wide drink menu. Does anyone know if this is true? And if so what the new drinks are? I know the last time the menu had a major change was when the Magical Star cocktails got added, and they've become one of my favorite Disney drinks.

I think they may.....I was at the Poly 2 weeks ago at the Tambu lounge and then yesterday I was at the Grand Californian here at Disneyland...(my friend works there) and I picked up the drink menu and noticed it was the same one from Disney World!!
Couldn't tell you the new drinks tho! A bunch of different mojitos tho!!

It was the exact same as always when we were there last month. (I really miss the resort-specific specialty drinks they used to have!)

They are the same colored page dumbed down menus at each hotel. Very unappealing in my opinion. At least the NAMES used to reflect where they were. Remember Monorail Red, Monorail Purple etc? Kind of lended some magic I think

They changed drink menu boards during my stay, around 8/23-8/25 @ Pop. It's funny because they changed the drinks, but didn't have the liquors for half their new cocktails!

A little ot but I had the best mango mojito EVAH at the Cove Bar in June...of course with the Lobster Nachos! Was that the old drink menu?

I thought they had the same homogenized drink menu the moment glow cubes got added to drinks. (I think of that infamous drink as the "blue light special".) And that was a few years ago already. It's like the Borg Collective. Resistance is Futile.

Yeah this did happen a few years back.

Maybe they just have an updated standard drink menu.

I was just there last weekend. It didn't look any different to me than it did earlier in the year and I looked at them in several different lounges. There are no specialty drinks listed, anywhere operated by Disney. All the food menus had been taken out of the ones in Tambu as well, but I didn't ask if that meant they no longer served food.

The generic drink menus have been around for several years. And yes they have the same ones at Disneyland. Don't let that force you to stick to the menus, though. If the bartenders know how to make something you remember, and they have the ingredients, they will make it for you.

You can still get them if you remember the name and the bartender remembers how to make them. There's a drink DH loved at WL that the bartender still makes for him.
