New Dolphin Experience?

I saw that this changed, and reading a previous thread the Dolphin area has been closed? Does anyone know if this will continue? I would really like to do this, but it isn't bookable on the website right now. If anyone has done this and has any suggestions, tips, sharing their experiences it would be much appreciated!
