New Disney Stores - do they have Disney Dollars?

A few years back Disney closed all the Disney Stores in the St. Louis Area. I was pleased to see that a NEW store was being built in a local mall. Last Fall DH and I went to Tampa for a long week but flew in/out of Orlando and went to the Disney Store in the airport. We were told that the stores no longer carry Disney Dollars. Has this been true for all the new stores or was that just an Orlando Area thing?

The only way to purchase Disney Dollars is to get it in the Parks or through a phone order, but then you have to pay shipping on it. We stopped carrying DD's about a year ago.
You can get gift cards at the stores that can be loaded in any amount from $5-1500. They are reloadable and can be used in the Parks, Online and in the Stores. They never expire and come in several different boy, girl and generic designs that may vary by store/region.
