New Disney pics! AKL, Disney, Harry Potter...

Hi all,

Just got back from six nights at Animal Kingdom Lodge with my sister. Just the two of us, no men, no daughter.

Without dd to look after, I ended up taking lots of pics... way more than last year's trip.... so still haven't even looked at them all yet. Might do an organized pictorial trip report once I get through them all.

However, for now, here are a few hodge-podge style...

I'd love to say that I conquered Peter Pan (photographically) this trip, but this is one of those cases where it really is more a matter of the camera.

We got stopped in front of the piano player on Haunted Mansion, and I tried SO HARD to get it, but dang if it wasn't STILL ridiculously hard. Best I could do even with ISO cranked way up and a nonmoving doom buggie. It's blurry because I apparently just cannot hold a camera still :

Here's a little taste of Main Street Electrical Parade.

And a tiny bit of Wishes... hand-held, again thanks to the camera for coming out as well as they did given no tripod!

And this of course was with the tripod.... nothing like MK at night!

So did you miss having your daughter along? Or was it really nice to be able to focus on the photography and adult stuff?
