I read somewhere I thought that there is a new Disney cookbook out with recipes from the parks. Has anyone seen these yet?

I leave Thursday for WDW. If there is a new one, I will definitely be buying it. Have all the others. I'll let you know.

I bought it on ebay last week; should be coming today or tomorrow. I will post here if I think it's a goodie and some of the recipes included in the book.

My cookbook came in the mail yesterday! :hyper: Unfortunately, it didn't have the recipes I was hoping it would have (Some certain favorites from the Poly). Off the top of my head, it did have the meatloaf from 50's Prime Time, the Cedar Plank Salmon from Artist Point, the cheddar cheese soup from le Cellier, several desserts like the cobbler from A.P., Key lime pie, a chocolate chip crumble cake (I wanna try this one), the clam chowder from Cape May (Which was very good as I recall), the Cobb salad from Brown Derby, Banana leaf wrapper chicken and many more. Oh, the rice cream from the Norway bakery! That sounds interesting too and I have read many raves about that dish...if you have any questions or if a certain recipe is in the book, don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you Alice28 could you tell me what the title of the book is and what the cover looks like? :) Is it the "pop up" stand kind like the little blue recipe book?

A great big DUH on my part. I had not seen the little blue pop up cookbook before, so when I saw it on ebay, I thought THAT was the new cookbook! I'm afraid I don't have the new one, I have the one that was published in 1998...oh well, still new to me and now I can still look forward to buying the NEW new cookbook!

yes, there *is* a new cookbook, but I can't remember what it's called. I was down last weekend and I bought so much I had to have things shipped home -- my cookbook is somewhere in transit being shipped. Hopefully it'll be here in a few days, when it arrives I'll post about it.
