Interesting, @Eric Silverglate posted earlier he was able to buy 5 under different transactions. Not sure if he used an account or not.

How long do the digital ones go from Order Received to Ready to Redeem? After how long if it does not happen will it get canceled? It has been 10 minutes now and still showing as Order Received.

I just went to a Beat Buy store and picked all 20 $50 GCs they had left… they system only let me buy 1 with the $5 discount.

each one has to be rung up separately to get the discount.

hi all- we returned home from a Disney trip this weekend and I'm going through our gift card purchase transactions. it looks like one of my digital gift cards was compromised (not sure how, it was only used in the Disney app for mobile orders or scanned by CMs from my phone's wallet) as there's a "WDW Merchandise Mobile Checkout" transaction from today for nearly the entire remaining balance on the gc . any recommendations on who and where to contact for support?

Best Buy website shows which stores the GCs are available for pick up and my closest store is showing sold out but I can pick up on Friday.

I'm thinking it's not worth the drive if the inventory isn't showing available.

Just got back from my store and was able to purchase 3 in separate transactions. When I told cashier I wanted them in separate transactions he said OK. After the first transaction he spoke on his headset to someone and then held up my two other gift cards and said "it's these ones". I don't know what that issue was about, but why does BB doing this kind of thing like we are trying to scam them or something. Maybe because the were ringing as $45 instead of $50 caught them by surprise. Anyway he rang up the other two and I always on my way.

i would go to a different store, mine had no problem ringing up 6 in separate transactions.

I have purchased 8 total. Two digital cards on seperate occasions but same account. I also purchased 6 physical cards in different transactions. Some were the $25-500 and I put $50 on the card. I just asked that each card be purchased separately.

Yes, I just asked for $50. And it worked for 1 transaction at a time.

OK I just got back. I ordered 2 digitally and they came within 15 mins. I ordered 2 physical cards to be picked up. I took my daughter with me. I bought 2 more that were hidden behind variable cards. She found 2 hidden behind the 100 cards and bought with my CC. I just said separate transaction. Then i went to online pickup and got the the other 2.

I know every little bit counts but i dislike these small amount cards. I wish the paypal 100 for 85 would come back.

I just purchased 5 DGCs for $45 each at the BB store, and the cashier rang each one as a separate purchase. BB canceled all online purchases that I chose: physical and store pickup. So far, only one eDGC from online has come through.

For your store pickups did you order back to back before the first one was ready for pickup? Or did you wait until the first one was ready for pickup before placing your second order?

Back to back....I ordered 1 physical and 1 digital on my acct. And 1 physical and 1 digital on my husbands.
I half expected to maybe get a cancellation. Then maybe 10-15 mins later got digital email comf and also my order was ready to be picked up. However i did not give my Best buy info when i got the 4 off the shelf.
Got home and transferred all 8 immediately to a different card. No issue there.

Just in case they were tracking limit that way. I actually think it is easier just buying them in person (if you can). But i wanted to pay by paypal to get the Chase points.

By the way it says in the email that the person who's name on acct must pick up. Not true. On my husband's order cashier just scanned the QR code on my daughters phone and gave it to her.
