I'm not sure. You could try though.

If buying food, remember all Visa/Mastercard have a "tip tolerance" or pre-authorization hold, where merchants may attempt to authorize an amount exceeding the actual purchase price by up to 20% to cover potential tips.

The hold should last 24hours YMMV.

AMEX business card holders seems like there's going to be a nice Lowes offer for Member week starting tomorrow:

eligible Business Card Members can access more than $500 in statement credits on qualifying purchases from HP, Lowe’s and more.

Hopefully it's better than 50 back on 250 but I'll take that too.

There is also an offer for $5 back on $30 at Exxon (on Business and regular cards). And there is also and Amex offer on Kiehl's but don't get excited for a second like I did - that is not a typo, it is not Kohl's.

I think I'll be glad to not be spending $260 a day on disney gift cards, but sad to see such a good deal go away...

I just want to use them for spending money for the day. We are going for one day for the first time in a couple of weeks. Hoping to give to my kids for souvenirs too.

I have used these at Busch Gardens Williamsburg before to spend in parks (couldn't use for season passes as noted before). It was a little challenging with some of the cashiers, but worth it since I purchased them at 20% off from BJ's (I think it might have been a black Friday sale). They aren't in my BJ's store in Maryland & had to have them shipped to me.

Thank you for sharing this! I bought Disneyland tickets for my mom and other family members through Bank of America Deals and was given the $20 Dining Dollars. I didn't even look at it to see what we could do with it. $100 Disney GCs for $80 is a great deal! Thanks so much!

Thank you so much for this info! I had bought 3 tickets just for an extra EPCOT day for back in Oct. and had $20 ×3. I let it go because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of figuring it out and then trying to use their credit code at WDW. I thought it would've long expired by now but it was still there! I was able to place several orders successfully, but now I have had two randomly cancelled. Is there any rhyme or reason as to which ones get cancelled? Any risk in just placing new orders until they go through? Thanks!

They need to be physical (shipped) GC. Digital ones will get cancelled.

Yeah. The two orders I had that were cancelled were physical ones. The only thing I can think of that might be different about those two orders is that I may have used Walmart gift cards that had already been partially used for other Disney gift cards.

There is no rhyme or reason, Walmarti is just a finicky site for that reason I added a Fair Warning as seen on Post #2 Discount District

Check your Chase cards for offers.

Mine were all 5% back with a max of $5 back ($100 spend) expiring 4/14/2025

This is only slightly better than the normal Target Red card when you factor in earning points on the purchase.

Hopefully someone will have 10% back as we have seen in the past.

I think I may have figured out my problem. I think the problem was because I placed two separate orders using the same gift card. Because the first order had not yet shipped, the second one was trying to use the same funds as the first order so it got cancelled. When I waited for the shipping confirmation on the first order before placing the second order, both seemed to have processed. Again, this is all with physical cards.
