Hi! We took my niece when she was about 7 months. Definitely bring your own stroller - the ones at WDW are no place for an infant. Plus, you'll need it at your resort and in the parking lot. Be sure to have the sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses (if appropriate). The rest is just common parent knowledge - bring snacks and liquids to keep the little ones happy and healthy! And, of course, a swimsuit - my niece loved the pool at CBR.

Def. pack for the heat and humidity!! With a baby that small, I would bring my own stroller, it's a long walk sometimes just to the stroller rental!!

When you get to your hotel, or to the parks, make sure to get the 3yo an autograph book!! Check with park attendants and staff to see who/where autograph lines will be.At Toontown in the big county fair, you can line up to meet 3 to 9 characters and get pictures!! The line gets long but it's well worth it!

We did Fant. when our kids were 5 and 18months. It was good, but we started getting seated about 2 hours before it started and that was hard! We were told to go that early or not get a good seat. About 30 min. before showtime, the stragglers all got the front row seats!!! I think it doesn't matter where you sit-you can see from everywhere!

Make sure you understand and use the fastpass and the parent/child swap in the lines where the baby it too small. What hotel are you staying in? Sometimes the walk or boat ride back at night is easier.Depending on what hotel you are in.

I would also start off at Epcot or MGM -once you go to the Magic Kingdom, they don't want to go anywhere else!!! Try to get reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table asap!!
When they were smaller I got a couple of t-shirts from the disney store for them to match each day. Our whole family, actually. it's easier to keep up with every body that way!!

Have a wonderful vacation!!

one more tip I use a lot and love it!! Pack their clothes by day/outfit down to the socks in a big Ziplock bag! A couple of tips from this board is to pack a flat laundry hamper from the dollar store and also an over the door shoe bag. This will come in handy for all the receipts, sunscreen, sunglasses, autograph books, etc. into.!!

For quick diaper changes I made diaper changing packs a couple of weeks before our trip. I used ziplock sandwich bags and put a diaper, a diaper disposal bag & a disposable changing pad in each bag. I put several bags in my backpack per day. This way when it was time for a diaper change all we had to do was grab a bag and some wipes and we were ready for the change. I just made it really nice not to have to dig thru the backpack to find everything we needed. For wipes I took the Huggies soft packs that have Disney designs on them and about 50 wipes. This was good to because the package gets smaller as the wipes are used. Also by putting the diapers in ziplock bags this protected them from water bottle or sippy cup leaks inside the backpack.

I also packed extra clothes for DD in ziplock bags...there again grab a bag and go.

I know you will have a great time!!

Definitely take your own stroller -- it is just so much more convenient than renting when you have a little, little one. You may also want to consider getting a stroller for your 3 year old -- DD#2 just turned 6 and we are bringing a stroller for her -- there is a whole lot of walking involved in a WDW visit. You may want to bring a sling or some type of baby carrier for the little one--they come in really handy for standing in line, waiting for parades, etc.

As far as Fantasmic, there are brief periods of darkness and some scary stuff including villians, fire and a dragon. It is an awesome show but you may want to consider if your 3 year old is ready for it. If there is a showing offered at 10:30 pm during your visit, try to go to that one. It is a lot less crowded and there is no wait. Have fun :sunny:

I also travel with little ones and I find it much easier to have my own car. I often stay at the Pop and will be there with you un May! The bus lines can be long and with a stroller or two, a diaper bag, and two tired little ones it is just nice to have tht car. The parking is easy at every park except Magic Kingdom and it is especially nice to have a car if you will be going to Down Town.
