Hey everyone!!

My family (myself, wife, and 1 1/2 year old son) will be visiting the World September 30 - October 4 to celebrate our little guys 2nd birthday.

We are going to be staying at All Star Sports for 4 nights, and utilizing Disney's transportation system. My question is, is there any information that gives the travel time (not the distance) from the All Star Sports to MK, DHS, AK, etc.? I know that Disney says to plan on and hour (or something like that) travel time from resort for a dining rservation. I have looked around the internet, and apparently Google isn't my friend.

Any suggestions?

Well, the problem with 'travel times guides' is that travel times vary greatly. You may just be walking up to the bus stop as the MK bus rolls in. The bus may not make another stop before heading directly to the park. In that case, it will be about 15 mins travel time. But, it could be as long as a 15-20 min wait for the bus to come, then it may make another stop before heading to the park. See what I mean?

I like to figure on it taking 45 mins from the time I leave my room to the time I get off the bus at the park. That's usually a good figure. And, I'm usually pleased that it takes less time than that. If you are headed to a park ADR, then you are going to need time to go through bag check, then the entry turnstiles, then the walk to the ADR (with the requisite 10 mins before ADR time checkin). You can see where you need that extra time.

If you have ADRs at another resort, that's a whole different ball of wax. You will, most likely, have to head to a park, then transfer to the resort bus where your ADR is. I like to plan resort ADRs for the days that I'll be in a nearby park on the same day I need the ADR.

I know the Unofficial Guide has a time table listed. I think it has what the average time as well has min/max.
