THis looks like a better place to post this. As of right now the new DISNEY.COM site is up and running. Totally new look and feel. It feels.... faster?

I can't say I like the automatic movies.

I wish companies like Disney spent more time making it easy to navigate to content and less time trying to add "sizzle" to their websites.

Can't launch it here at work. Requires Flash Player 9, which we apparently do not have.

Amazingly, the new site seems to work properly with Safari running under Mac OS X. Too often, when a company launches a redesigned site, some of the functionality is incompatible with Mac OS X browsers, especially Safari (the #1 browser for Mac users).

Hmmmm... Could it be that Disney's web team realizes who Disney's largest stockholder is (as a result of the Pixar acquisition)?
