New Disney App?

We are leaving for California in a few days, and I thought I saw somewhere that there would be a new App for Disneyland that would combine Fast Pass and Photo Pass features. Am I crazy, because I can't find it anywhere!

It's called MaxPass and it isn't up and running as of yet.
