New Development at WDW

I recently heard that two new developments, a new upscale shopping area and a new non-Disney hotel are being planned for WDW over the next decade. Do you have any new details on these plans?

We are Disney fans who have been DVC members since 1993. Though we live in Oregon we travel to Florida at least once a year and we'll be there for WDW and a Western Caribbean cruise in September. We've used our points for Disneyland CA, Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong as well.
