just wanted to post, that today i got a fax confirmation of a CRO ressie i made, and it very clearly states the following:
"Reservations must be cancelled outside 5 days before arrival date to receive a full refund."
i dug up an old fax confirmation from last year to compare, and the old one used to say:
"Reservations must be cancelled 5 days before arrival date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 5 days forfeit first nights room and tax only."
so... it looks like essentially CRO's cancellation policy has gone to 6 days before arrival date.
just thought i'd let everyone know.
