Nope--I got 'em last week at the commissary on base. They were having a case lot sale and I needed 6 cascade coupons (one for each pkg. in the case) so they told me to help myself to 6 circulars! Who was I to say no??? I kept what I consider all the "good" coupons, but I'm sure someone will be able to use the rest....
Then I got another one in Sunday's paper. I swear, I've been good!! Can I stay?
