New coupon train

my enve came back today because postage was due sorry..i put 2 more stamps on it and resent it..
how much postage do you guys put on it?

I try to stop by PO on Mondays and have it weighed. Normally I just buy a long stamped envelope there, put coupons in and have it weighed.

I have learned something since joining this train. I did not know it depends on destination of letter to determine how much extra postage is needed. For some reason I thought since a .41 stamp took a normal letter anywhere in U.S. that the overage would be the same too. But I have to tell them where it is going. Usually the overage costs me .17 for a total of .58. And that is what I have paid for the ones that came to me with postage due.

I went to Super Fresh last night because this week they are running their special where they triple their coupons upto 99 cents...So, I sat down and pulled all of my coupons out that I thought were a great deal and went bargain shopping....My total was $75.35 and then after all of my coupons and the store bonus card (which wasn't much) I only paid $30.10......I was so tickled with myself...there was this little old couple behind me and he even gave me a compliment....My husband was very happy to see that I saved $45 in one shopping trip...I would love to do that every week......

Good for you . There is nothing better than saving that much money. This week I thought I would not save anything at all since DH was doing the food shopping. But TNGRAMMA sent me a spam coupon he was thrilled. So he used all the coupon and save 25.00 dollars. . I guess the spam gave him a mission

I'm glad you are enjoying the coupons I've sent along, Jenn! I will put one out on Monday, but I have to go out of town for 9 days--my mom is having back surgery and I need to be there with her--I can send out 2 the following week or maybe we should work something else out. I'll keep you posted....

It's good that you are able to go be with your mom during her surgery. It's not fun to have to go into the hospital during the holidays. We'll all be thinking of you and your mom, hoping she has a speedy recovery.

I'll send a PM to your receiver, but it would be better if you just sent one on the 10th and then send when you get back (even if it's late) then send one on the "normal" Monday or Tuesday, so your reeiver will get 2 within a few days of each other.
