I had one in September when I was there. I can't compare it to the West Coast ones as I never had them, but I found it to be quite delicious. I had the dragon dog, and aside from the very tasty breading, the dips were very good too. I will likely get them again, even though they're pricey for a corn dog - it's a nice option when I drive in to stay at Boardwalk as I usually arrive around 2-3pm, so it's too late for a big giant lunch but too close to a 7-8pm dinner as well - popping down to the Boardwalk for a corn dog is a great quick option. I also opted for a lemonade despite the silly price, mostly because I wasn't in the mood to go looking around for other options - I don't think I'll bother with that in the future - easier to just get a soda from the deli or pizza window and then grab the corn dog.
