For someone looking for the ease of buying direct from Disney, your guide should not have rushed to sell you a different use year. My guide said he had a different use year once and he said we should wait for the same.

I hope this gets worked out for you soon, or at least within a resale offer to close time frame.

Incorrect, you should be using the original member number and card. The new contract with the same UY should be listed under your existing account with the next number .001 or .002 suffix.

No this statements is quite correct. I have two separate contracts np but manage them in 1 online account

Then it was correct to receive second member number and member card.

On the website it will be a drop down box for you to select which UY membership you are working with.

And I still say the website part ought to come quickly.

Not a mess. This was my choice. Not my guide. I wanted the 2013 points banked to me as I need them for the Spring. And to do that I needed an oct nov or dec UY. As I stated earlier I have no problem managing different use year as I do it already with my fiancé's contract. Admittedly, this is rare what I'm doing and I'm sure it make take a few tries to get it right. That's why I'm asking here. I'm patient. I just want to get it right. No rush. I got my points banked and already have a reissie for Nov. The only delay is Disney getting my check.

Hey if you have no worries then You're a much stronger person then me.

Heck I stress over Disney getting it right when I buy the same UY and title it the same.

I thought that we had talked you out of a different UY, my bad.

You will have a second member account, number, ID. If titled that same as your original contract, you will access the accounts with one login, drop down chooses which UY/contract/membership to access.
