I made a change to my membership by adding my adult kids to the contracts - thus making a new number assigned to those contracts thus giving me problems with working with my new contract number. Called Disney techs who seem clueless as to how to rectify the problem. I have tried every solution and always manage to come up with a problem screen. The latest being that I already have a login assigned with my email address. I will not change my email address for whatever reason and now I am waiting for the 4th time for them to fix the problems that I continue to encounter. First it was that I cannot have 2 contracts on the same user name - even though I thought Disney wanted us to have the same login for all our business with them. Then they give me passwords that don't want to work. And they tell me that I need a different login for each contract number with DVC. Now their site tells me that my email address is already connected with another account - duh, yes, of course it is. Now awaiting yet another answer - wouldn't it be easier for them to just let me link all my accounts under one ID since that seems to be what Disney wanted us to do in the first place - I'm at a loss and running out of patience with these people!!!
