Hi,
My new Dell desktop is on it's way (YAY!) and I have been trying to copy documents, delete stuff I don't want and figure out how I can keep my emails. I use Outlook Express now and there are a lot of emails I want to keep. Should I re-email them before I shut down the old computer so the new computer can pick it up?
I see that there's a way to import/export emails on Outlook Express should I go with that?

Anyone know if the Microsoft Productivity Pack comes with Outlook Express?
Thanks for any answers!

When I got my Dell last Dec. I ordered a program directly from them called Intellimover...........it moved everything that I wanted directly on to my new computer, and I am no computer whiz! I was afraid I was going to lose all of that illegal music that I had downloaded! Anyways it was very simple and I would recommend it to anyone. I know there are free ways to do it but like I said I am no whiz and need all the help I can get and the simpliest method. It did move all of my address book and all of my emails too. You choose what you want to move.

I got a new Dell 2 weeks ago. I burned CD's of everything I wanted to save or copy over. I could not figure out how to get my file cabinet from AOL 7.0 to the new 9.0. So I just burned my whole AOL folder onto a CD and copied it to the new computer. So right now I have 2 versions of AOL.

I bought the PC Replacement Suite when I ordered the computer. I get an e-mail saying it's delayed. So I called them on 9/10 when I received the computer and told them to cancel the replacement suite. I wanted to clean off my old computer and give it to my niece, I wasn't going to wait 2 weeks. It's been such a hassle. They keep sending me delay notices and say to call to cancel, but when I call they say it's too late. They shipped it yesterday and when it comes, I can return it. I've been getting calls every other day about it from someone who barely speaks English  .
