I was just wondering the same thing!!! (at the same time it looks like!)

The day codes are released you will be able to book them at 7:00 am. We have found that codes were out by 7:10am here on the disboards. The last three years it was around 8:00am on mousesavers.

There should be a heads up on Mousesavers that codes are being realeased. Last year it was a coupleof days ahead of time. Guess I'll be calling in sick that day!!

I hate to finally admit it, but I don't hold out much hope for codes anymore. I talked to a cm today who said that the hotels are almost at capacity for the spring. . If that is true, why would they release codes? People are coming in droves at rack rate. No need for them to offer codes. Oh well. I have my AAA discount for POFQ. I was just hoping for something better (AKL or WL).

Personally I would not put much stock in what the CM tells you on the phone. I am not convinced they really have a clue. I keep seeing "they said X" and then X comes and goes.

I do think some of the TAs get some advance notice, but more like 24 or 48 hours not a week.

Disney will do codes if rooms are below thier desired budget (not necessarily 100% occupancy). If MYW is making things fuller then there could be less discounts. Only time will tell. (Does make me glad I have DVC LOL!)

The jibberish is the old signatures that were deactivated a few weeks ago. FOLKS, go to your USERCP. Click on your signature and remove the code!

I don't think that all the rooms are rack rate though so who knows what Disney will do. It seems that there are many people here on the dis that are getting codes through emails and postcards. They might not release anymore, but who knows. I think the CM will tell us anything so we'll book. One CM tried to talk me into going in April instead for when the codes are still available. Don't let it get you down. Even if we don't get a code, once you're there, you won't care anymore

I wasn't really stressed out about codes until I started wanting to stay at AKL. This will be our last trip for a few years, and I really wanted to try AKL. I just can't pay rack rate though. Oh well. POFQ will have to do.

I know what you mean. With the ages of our kids, I'm not sure when we'll get back. Maybe next year, but I'm not sure...only time will tell on that one. Keep your fingers and toes crossed. I still think it's early

I'm with you. We aren't even to the date that codes were released last year, and people are all down about it. I say let's wait and see before we let the depression set in.

No, we have never stayed at POFQ before. We have stayed at POR though. I know we will be happy there. It looks very pretty.

It really is pretty, and very compact. We were in building 4, which is next to the food court and very close to the pool. It was a perfect location.

And the coladas at the pool bar are top notch!
