New Codes on Tuesday?!

I am still waiting for MOUSESAVERS to "hint" for us!

The AP for this first 1/2 of the year was only slightly better than the public codes, i was very surprised by this. it saved us less than $15 a night more.

I am new to this codes watch stuff....but I a have quickly become obsessed with it! Does Mousesavers generally hint about general public codes before they actually come out? A friend of mine who is a disney fanatic seems to think next Tuesday (the 8th) may be the lucky day - not sure of her source - let's hope! In any case, we are booked at Pop May 11-18th.

I have been waiting for the codes like everyone else and have read that people sometimes sit on the phone for 45 minutes the day that they are released . When I talked to the cm yesterday about booking our first trip she said "just wait a little bit longer" to book. What time of the day are codes usually released and is Mousesavers usually the first to post? Thanks

The day codes are released you will be able to book them starting at 7:00 am. We have found that codes were out here on the disboards by 7:10 which is a half an hour before mousesavers. This has been true for the last three years.

I spoke with a Disney operator yesterday. She stated that there will be codes and that they will probably be out in the next week. She didn't give me a specific day of the week. Hope she is reliable

Do ya really think there will be codes this year with the new pricing of MYW tickets? I am trying to stay positive but I am wondering because tickets are so much cheaper this year, that the way disney is getting our money is by room packages. Also the magic express is a free service to some. Maybe that and the new celebration is where all the discounts are going. Lets keep our fingers crossed!

I remember one time (can't remember which one though ) that codes were released mid morning and another where they were released late afternoon (pretty sure for our August 2003 trip)

Wow...I am so new to this - so the CM and she told you that codes were going to be released? I guess I thought there was no point in asking for specific code like the ones for the general public - I only asked for "any discounts" and was told that there were none - I guess it depends on who you speak with - I didn't want to be too persistent i guess. I do want those codes, though!

I'm just like all of you, hoping for the codes! I'm brand spankin new to this site, so please bear with me! I've got to say though, you guys all sound so great and so much fun! Hubby and I are going in May , our first trip ever to DW and are sooooo excited!! We will be at the BC, and are hoping to get a code like you.! ps. how do you get the countdown to work? Sorry to sound like such a dummie

Ok I am new here to but I feel like a pro after reading everyones "stories" I am going in May for the first time too. It will be fun for myhusband and I and OH yeah the kids too. I just want these codes. UGH this is killing me. Actually I look at it like a game now.

Yes, because WDW is in Florida the times are Eastern.

where do they post the codes on this board, and we are planning to stay in july would they be for this too?

Just keep your eye on the resorts board...someone will post as soon as they know. Usually you'll see something like "AP Rates Are Out" or some such thing. Sometimes it'll also be on one of these threads first...either way, it's usually on the resorts board somewhere within minutes of being released.

These codes will most likely be for check-ins on and before July 4th. The ones for July 5th and on will most likely be released in May.
