New Co-op store open date?

Anyone have a soft or firm date on this store's opening? I'm so intrigued with the concept and the items I've seen featured that will be for sale in the store. Or, if you've been there recently, does the store look almost complete?

We're headed there May 7- fingers crossed it's open by then!

All they have said is later this year I wouldn't get your hopes up for may 7th.

This new store is taking over where team disney was there will be multiple little sections in this one store.
The sections in this store will be
beautifully disney - for women make up, fragrance, and beauty accessories

Cherry tree lane- women's accessories

D-tech on demand- personalized and customized electronic accessories

The trophy room- vintage sports apparel and collects less

Centerpiece- home products inspired by disney

Zoey and pickles- girls destination for latest trends

As for the rest of disney springs is a massive overhaul to DTD.
A massive expansion will come to Buena vista drive to accommodate more traffic

Two Starbucks are coming and will open soon in marketplace and on west side

New boat docks are being put in

A new bridge from the Lego store to rainforest cafe is being put in

Pollo campero and baby cakes has been demolished for future development

A food truck park featuring disney food trucks is coming this summer

New restaurant called the boat house has started construction

West side is getting a massive parking structure

Pleasure island will be gone

Cap'n jacks restaurant is completely gone

Two pedestrian bridges will be put up outside disney springs

The sections of disney springs are as follows
A new gateway with water tower and grand entry will be the entry way for disney springs

The town center- sophisticated mix of shopping and dining along with a promenade

The landing- commercial water front district

The marketplace will stay, an expanded world of disney store

The west side- lively entertainment, new elevated spaces that provide shade and an overlook to activity below

The expansion will open in phases and be completely finished in 2016.

Hrmm. Wonder if the Co-Op will be open by October. That's pretty close to 'end of the year'.

This store was supposed to open early 2014 but that was pushed back so I would say maybe in a month or two very very likely by October.

That could be likely I haven't seen that date but it will be later this year.

Hoping for October as well, was just there a couple weeks ago and construction is in full swing everywhere. I think it will be amazing when it's done.......

Man am I disappointed. The sneak peak of the merchandise looks great.

Disney is moving slower than Christmas on these jobs. It's a store in a building that already exists. I watch HGTV so maybe it's a problem like they hit on Property brothers.

The walkthrough between Tren-D and what was Team Mickey is boarded up. The exterior windows and doors are covered. Unless there's some other window that I have paid attention to, there's no way to see inside to get a feel for the status of construction.

I've now been hearing it will open this summer

I can't wait for this store to open! My girlfriend has already accepted a transfer from the Emporium to the Co-op now we just need to hear back about when training starts.

Oh and the outside of the building, as of yesterday, still had the sports balls hidden mickey on the columns outside of the store so there seems to be a bit more work that needs to be done.
