"NEW" Citrus Swirl Float.........

The Citrus Swirl ice cream treat is my "must do" snack for every Magic Kingdom/WDW visit. I just love the mix of vanilla and citrus flavors and the hole down the middle This is my one break in my diet when we visit...........shh don't tell my doctor

Now I've just read they've created a Citrus Swirl "FLOAT"! So this means 2 visits each day to Sunshine Tree Terrrace when we're in the Magic Kingdom!!!

I tried one of these this week (mostly since I was not going to wait in a huge line down the street for a Dole whip float at that moment). They're a bit ... odd, but they are good. Rather than use orange juice (similar to the pineapple juice in the Dole whip floats), the float is made with an orange soda. It's a little sweeter and the soda can overpower the taste of the Citrus Swirl - but I'd get it again. I don't have any allegiances in the great Dole whip / Citrus Swirl wars - so I play the part of Switzerland and enjoy both.
