If you log onto the DVC web site and go to the home page at https://dvc.disney.go.com/members/home there is a new feature on the right hand side of the page called Chat Now - Chat Online With an Agent.
It will be operated by a DVC Cast-Member during the same hours as Member Services and you need to type in your questions and wait for a response. When you're finished a 4-question survey pop's up in a window.
Not sure if we would use it while we can still speak to Member Services, but time will tell.
