On the character greetings it says new characters, just wondered who this was and who people had seen recently?

Is this the "new stars" in the Studios you're talking about ruthie?

If it is, its Remy and Emile from Ratatouille, plus Mr and Mrs Incredible occasionally. They hang out around the Toon Studio backdrop near Cars Rally and Crush.

How cool - my DD is very fond of "mice mice", and has asked before about Gus and Jac. I do hope they wil still be there next month.
