The funniest part is that this was ACTUALLY a real Ken doll, along with his Barbie. It was called Animal Lovin' Ken and Animal Lovin' Barbie, from like 1988 or something....

Well I stand corrected. I've found out what it is, the DigitalSpy version is the UK edition of the trailer, which cuts the poker scene and moves it to later and adds the "girls toy" line.

I guess its to replace Hamm's Lincoln Logs line.
