New challenges in Tomorrowland?

So are the "exciting new challenges" right there somewhere and I'm just not seeing them? Could be.....because I never even played the arcade games until tonight!

Just wondering if I am missing something obvious, thanks!

I saw that also, I had guessed it was about the new real in park tomorrowland quest? but you might be on to something. Maybe the new mini game is going to be in tomrrowland yavn was talking about in his last yavn speaks column?? hmmmmm....

Didn't Yavn say the new game would be an external mini-game?

That is an interesting find, though. It'll be neat to find out what that really means.

It really could be about the new in-park quest, like Aengus suggested. Is there anybody who can say for certain that it hasn't said that for a long time? Because if that's been there and we've just all missed it, it could be referring to part 2 of all the Tomorrowland in-game quests.

But what does Yavn consider the Finding Nemo mini-game to be?

I'm pretty sure that has been there a while, I don't think they ever thought to update it from April.

well are the tomorrowland games internal? I mean fireworks is, but tomorrowland games seem external to me LOL

I may be way off base here, but in Tomorrowland Hub on VMK there are the three games you can play, can not remember the names of them. Would those games be consider "internal" or "external?" Or could it be referring to a game like Yeti

It is a bit of a mystery, but I too consider the tomorrowland arcade games external, you have to connect while in vmk but still not in same window or site. The games like Yeti and Nemo and waterpark, narnia, pirtates etc etc. these to are external but can't be played with other vmk peopleand don't close with VMK. I think the new game will be interactive with other players (I hope) and likely be inaccessable after close.

I would call the Tomorrowland Games external.

1. You can play them when VMK is closed if you get in there while VMK is still open.

2. It opens a new browser window OUTSIDE of VMK

3. A code is given to get your prize, not the prize itself

(Note: Before anyone gets mad at me for trying it, you will not get a winning code if you successfully complete a Tomorrowland game after VMK has closed)

That said, the Yeti and Pirates of the Caribbean games are also outside games so... who knows.

Or it could be that VMK at WDW is moving its location to Tomorrowland.

Rumor has it they are moving to the Tomorrowland Arcade.

That little message has always poped up whenever there's an image there and you hover over it. The Pirates 2 quest in park had an image there and it said that. I don't think they've ever updated it since the tomorrowland quests were redone.

That's right on the ball, I think. The billboards in VMK Central and in the Esplanade say (or, in the past have said) the same things.
