New castaway club repeat guest gift

I know pictures are turning about a new CC gift that being a backpack with coffee mugs ( I am platinum )
Are they giving it on the dream ??
I am sailing in sept and wish on that bag since I have the burlap bag already

The backpack is specific for itineraries outside the Caribbean/Bahamas such as the Magic's Europe itineraries and the Wonder's Alaska itineraries. The burlap bags (as opposed to the striped ones that were given out early in the year) are likely going to be what you get on the Dream (unless they change it again) that being said as a Platinum you'll still get the mugs.

You will be gold after your 5th cruise is completed. My daughter is on her 5th cruise in October and my 10th cruise in October. After it ends, she will be gold and I will be platinum.

Our next cruise is October and I'm hoping for a different bag. I have three of the burlap ones and gave two away already. I even went to the desk and asked if there was another one I could exchange it for. The last cruise it seemed the silver folks were still getting the stripe one and gold and platinum members were getting the burlap bag.

This is not correct per the DCL site. They will not be gold until after the 5th cruise.
