Unfortunately, I can't really see most of them, because my internet is messed up today, and somethings are taking forever to load.

Finally, got all the samples to load. Give a Hoot is my favorite. It has some cute foxes on it, which is great for me right now because we have one living in our backyard, and I have some pictures I need to scrap. And the rest looks like fun stuff to add to my national parks layouts. I like all of them, but I can't think of good uses for the carts yet.

Someone on the cricut board posted a pre-order link from Oh My Crafts that say they should have them in early April.

I NEED the Give a Hoot cart. I see lots of things on that one that I can use for our trips to Wyoming and Montana that I haven't scrapped yet.

Hmmm...I don't know. So many of the carts have the same feel to them. Maybe they need some new designers. It seems like many images are repeated over and over again. How many owls do we need? On the other hand, maybe it is a sign that I have way too many carts! I did like the cute little hedgehog.

I agree, there are a few too many bird images out there. And, I'm sure they have figured out how to make these for pennies now...Isn't it time for a price drop?

I wish they would come out with a cart with "tatoo" type graphics - things I could use with teenage boys and their friends. I know indie has some things that fit this, but more is always good!

I think they need a teen cart period. Driving, prom, homecoming, high school things in general. I think this is an area they are lacking in right now. Maybe I think that because I have 3 teens and no little ones.

BUT, I must admit, I LOVE the Give a Hoot cart. I bet it's definitely out by April to celebrate Earth Day! I'm going to HAVE to have that one!

I just realized that the handbooks are already included on the cart description. There is a link at the bottom.

Did you guys see the corner feature on the Straight From the Nest Cartridge? Those are beautiful, and I could see using a bunch of those. I'm just a little nervous that with the detail they will be hard to cut without tearing.

But now that cartridge has made my want list.

When I look at pretty much all the cartridges out this year so far (except for Destinations), I think the images are adorable and I find them really visually appealing, but I just have no use for them in my scrapbooking. Having said that - I agree about it being time for a price drop (and if they were down to say $15-20 I'd be buying ALL of them. )

I like the From the Nest one and the birds. The preserves one, well, color some of those pears in harvest gold, lime green and burnt orange and you would have the wallpaper in my parent's kitchen when I was a kid! And since I like the Wild Card cart, I'm going to research the Just Because card cart, but did you see there was another owl on that? I do love the little hedgehog on the Give a Hoot cart, but I don't need another cart with a bunch of animals (unless they are Bambi, Thumper, Flower, Simba and Timon! Which would be a fabulous idea for a new Disney cart - Disney animals!).

That is what I don't understand. If there is too much tight curving, my Cricut loses its little mind. Lots of tearing or skipped places. So why put those scrolling things on the animals and fruit? Is that some new style I just don't get?

But if you could get them for $15-20, I'd be willing to deal with the headache.
