New Carthay Circle Restaurant Questions

Does anyone know anything about this place? What the food will be and what it will be like? We are going on the 27th of June and want to try it and when I called Disney Dinning she didn't have a lot of info but said we could make ressies hopefully in the next few days.

Just wondering if anyone else knew anything?

Nobody knows. Disney dining has suggested to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for details.
