Hi -
We are looking to get new carpet for our apartment this weekend (our dog has pulled up parts of the carpet all over the house...she grabs a string of it and the rest follows up) and have never done this before. The carpet we have now came with the place.
Does anyone have any insight / tips that we should keep in mind when looking for and purchasing the new carpeting?
We will be carpeting high-traffic hallways and the bedroom. We were thinking of going to Home Depot for the carpet and having them install it, as it looks like they have a 72 hour installation program and I'd really like to get this handled this weekend.
Any particualr things I should look for or know when looking at different samples and getting proce quotes?
