New car rental company in the area?

In the last two months, I thought John announced that a new car rental agency was opening in Port Canaveral area. However, I can't remember the name of the agency or when. Does anyone remember this or know which episode this was mentioned?

One of the news stories talked about was a new car rental complex.

"A new car-rental complex will be added to the businesses at Port Canaveral, under a plan unanimously approved by port commissioners."
