Hope I'm saying hello in the right place!
We just bought an R-PodFor now we're camping close to home to get used to all of it but I've got my eye on Fort Wilderness!!!!

Thanks for the tip! I guess FW fills up pretty quickly in comparison to some of the resorts.Congratulations on the new R-Pod!! Those are very cool units. If you are thinking of a Fort trip in next year or so, better make that reservation as soon as you nail down dates. It can always be changed or cancelled, but good to get something on the books before dates fill up.
We started out looking at popups too and once we came across the RPod there was no going back. It's light enough that our Explorer can tow it. We chose the 172 because we needed space for our kids to sleep and it has bunks. We also liked the fact that it has a bathroom. It's very tiny but serves the purpose when your 3 yr old has to go in the middle of the night. We considered the 172T but the added cost wasn't in our budget right now. It's simple enough to turn the table into a bed for DH and I. Our dealer even threw in the RDome awning.Congrats! DH and I are virgin campers but went out to look at pop-ups this afternoon and discovered R-Pods ~ hubby is in love!!! What model did you get?
WELCOME!!! And congratulations on the new purchase.
Might as well sign up for our 12-step "Fort Fiends Anonymous" program now and save yourself the time after your first Fort visit.
ENJOY!!![]()
