Can you buy a smaller resale (40-60) if you dont already own DVC?

You can buy a smaller contract through resale. Beware that it takes approx. 2 months after signing the contract before you will be in Disneys system to make reservations. Buying through Disney, you can make reservations within hours. Good Luck!
