What is with these huge new buildings now under construction at Coronado Springs and Caribbean Beach Resorts ?

At Caribbean, it's a new DVC resort called the Riviera. Not part of CBR.

Coronado is a new building that will be part of Coronado.

Both will include a roof top restaurant.

At Coronado it's probably to increase the value of the resort for conventions. The one at Caribbean Beach will be a DVC property.
