Taking Advantage of Annual Pass Early Entry at the Disneyland Resort

The Disneyland Resort has some nice perks for those who have annual passes. The latest one gives annual passholders early entry into the Disneyland and California Adventure Parks. I recently took advantage of this perk and I went to California Adventure at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning, one hour before regular opening.

We won't be in the parks until November so I'm really hoping they extend this wonderful AP perk into the fall.

"At the time, it seemed like a really good idea, but the night before, I realized that I would have to leave the house at 6:00 am, in order to get to the parks, drive, and check in at the recommended 15 minutes before park opening. I wondered to myself why the heck I was doing this since I would be getting up at the crack of dawn. Although I MEANT to arrive at 6:30am, I did not get to the parks until 6:55am."

This is EXACTLY my family's reaction to both of our scheduled AP EE days. We prefer to be staying on & near DLR property for the hour early bonus time but we shall take what is offered & ENJOY as best as we can!!
