They are using Seimens Programmable Logic Controllers. Those are the same type of units used in industrial and Petro-Chem automation. Good stuff!

Don't the fireworks sound kind of like the Pirate and Princess Party fireworks? Maybe I'm remembering it wrong but that sounds almost exactly like what I remember from the party.

Yes the new fireworks are taken from that party. I think they have changed somewhat but that is the inspiration.

We are arriving on the 3rd and plan on being in the MK for the 6th. How crowded do you think it will be?

And thanks for the pictures... I found the Pete's Dragon video and watched it with my kids.
I'm glad to see Eliott the dragon will still be in the parade!

Are they still using the original "Baroque Hoedown" music?

Yes they are using the old music and they have added some new music. I am pretty sure it is going to be crowded that night.

What a great behind-the-scenes look you got! I can't wait - at first, I was a bit put out that I wouldn't be seeing Wishes this trip. But I'm awfully excited now to see the P&P party fireworks!

Kathy, that was a really cool inside look. I'm shocked they allowed you in a backstage warehouse for something like this and then allowed you to take pics there! What was that like?

We were allowed to take pictures instead the warehouse but not alloweed outside the building. They put us all on a bus, driven backstage to the warehouse. They worked on getting the lighting right so we could see the lights but not have it be dangerous because we couldn't see.

I had the one cast member showing me parts of the other parades when I mentioned I loved details. It was a great opportunity to see it all.
