I have confirmed, from a confidential and normally reliable source, that today, April 1, 2014, a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) owner will be filing a class action lawsuit against Walt Disney World. The gist of the lawsuit will be to demand Disney allot five FastPass+ experiences per day to all DVC members.

Well, I guess it's her money and time she'll will be wasting. One would think she would have read her Contract better though when she purchased. Pretty sure Disney didn't guarantee anyone who is a DVC Member a set amount of fast passes. Yet another fine example of entitlement thinking.

This is not funny because jack burgin blogs are the best on the dis. He asked for it according to a Disney security cm jack has been caught on camera in orange shorts white tee shirt with orange t on it giving with his legs wrapped around chip crying and taking a lot of photos.

So who wants to pay for the photos and video maybe tmz would be interested. Get my hopes up that we get a burgin blog to find out it a fake one their gas to to laws against that.
